Can I get a new email address to match my web site? |

Yes. Once you own a domain (you address on the internet) you can add email boxes such as you@yourdomain.com Use the Tennisconnect.org domain concierge to add email boxes to your account. Your email is available through your browser just like yahoo mail or tennis.com mail. You may also connect to your email using your pc to download email into Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
Mailboxes are priced seperately. Currently a 5 mailbox pack with plenty of space is $39.99/year. Check the domain concierge for current pricing and availability. |

Can I keep my existing email accounts? |

Can I make my membership roster available to my registered members? |
|
Yes. You may also elect to keep your roster behing a curtain. There is a setting in Player Match that specifies whether or not to show your player roster to your registered players. |

How do my members protect their privacy? |
|
Registered players have a privacy settings panel that allow them to be completely invisible, or partially visible based on age range, NTRP rating, and gender.
For instance, a 29 year old NTRP 4.0 lady may set her privacy such that her record is only available to other ladies, ages 25-40, NTRP 3.5-4.0. |

I do not have a web site now - what can I do? |
|
Tennisconnect.org includes a domain concierge that allows you to find available names and register the domain online. There is an annual fee of $15.95 to use this service. You become the legal owner of the domain, we simple help you facilitate the name selection and registration process. See Facility Settings | Web Site Builder | View / Manage Domains. |

I have a web site now - how does this affect me? |
|
Your existing web site can be "powered by" Tennisconnect.org which will add significant functionality for your players. You may use any or all of the programs on tennisconnet.org including:
- player registration
- interactive calendar with support for enrollments
- online court reservations
- web page builder / content manager
- Player match reporting
- Group email for communications
You may elect to move your web site to our servers and eliminate existing monthly hosting fees, or you can leave your web site where it is ans "serve" the tennisconect.org functions into your web site. Please contact our sales department at 888-620-6696 XT 3 to discuss your options. |

My tennis programs are only part of what our club does - what can I do? |
|
If you are part of a country club or swim and tennis club you have other stakeholders in your web marketing decisions. You can still use tennisconnect.org and offer your tennis players the rich functionality they will appreciate. Suggest that your club provide you with a link on their existing web site to your tennisconnect.org powered pages. Please call 888.620.6696 XT 3 to discuss your options.

What happens after I join TIA Facility-Plus? |
|
Upon receiving your order, the Tennis Industry Association makes arranges to send you the market research products, merchant account application, and advantage travel program that is included in your membership. The Tennis Industry Association also generates a work order for Tennisconnect.org.
- You will be contacted by one of our associates in the authorized service provider network.
- Your associate will take you through the getting started checklist. This step takes about 20 minutes.
- When you have gathered the information on the checklist, your associate will begin to build your account. This process takes about 2 hours.
- Your associate will schedule a transition session with you to turn the web site over to you and show you how to use it. This final session takes about 30 minutes.
From the time you place your order to the time you "go live" on your new web service can be as short as 1 week, or as long as 2 months, based on your schedule and the availability of information to post to the web site. |

When creating a link in a webpage to an event in the calendar, which site do I get the url address from? |
|
Always retrieve your links that are referring to a page or event within the site from the facility site, NOT the administrative site. |

We do not have internet access at the club - can I still use tennisconnect.org? |
|
Yes. If you decide to use the online court reservations feature, you will want to click the setting "prohibit same day reservations" to make suer players are not signing up for courts during the current day. Simply print off the court schedule in the morning and bring the schedule into the club house. Your players can see how the courts are booked and call to check on the current availability of time slots.
You will still be able to support future day reservations, and you will be able to take advantage of all other marketing features of the service. |
